Who we are and our vision

Enable the safe, secure and healthy use of tech - ultimately saving lives.

We're spear-heading a new segment of personal well-being - digital health.

With issues like digital burnout at work, cyber bullying, sextortion and teen suicide we're on a mission to prevent issues before they become serious problems.

Founder - Jonny Pelter

Let's start at the beginning. In his early twenties, Jonny gave up his professional rugby career to pursue an interest in cyber security.

Becoming an expert in data privacy and cyber security, Jonny advised the likes of Deloitte, British Gas, Virgin Trains, Schroders, Prudential, etc. and has been featured in the national press for his professional commentary.

Meet Max

The ultimate family protector – elephants are big, strong, wise, and friendly. Gentle and kind. But tough and mighty when they need to be.

We couldn’t think of a better symbol for the online jungle that is the internet. So any question – massive or minuscule – Just Ask Max.

Just Ask Max

Jonny got questions from family and friends on how to protect their family online and deal with digital wellbeing issues like screen time and so he decided to build a service to fix it.

Just Ask Max launched back in February 2020. It gained immediate national headlines from BBC News, Guardian, Daily Mail and was selected by the National Cyber Security Centre and O2 Telefonica for their accelerator programme, summer of 2020.

In May 2021, we launched our service to corporates and schools - making us the first digital health service in the world.
